Shipping policy

PROCESSING

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. This processing time applies to all orders.

International Orders:
Your order is expected to be delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

India Orders:
Orders within India are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

We offer both Standard and Express international shipping options.

Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping service is designed to provide a smooth and affordable delivery experience, with no additional customs or duty charges expected upon delivery.

Express Shipping:
Express shipments are handled by premium courier services for faster delivery. Depending on your destination country's customs regulations, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING

All shipments will receive an email of the tracking number when they place an order and you will be able to check when your order will reach you as well as you can message us on our Whatsapp number to check the status of your order.

RETURNS

Kindly note that the return must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item should be in its original and unused condition with its tags and no visible damage.
We do not offer free returns, it is recommended to choose a tracked courier service and you need to inform us prior to this.
