PROCESSING

Please note we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, it might take 3 business days to process before shipping. This applies to all orders including custom orders, we assure you that your order will be delivered within a week from the date of your purchase.

TRACKING

All shipments will receive an email of the tracking number when they place an order and you will be able to check when your order will reach you as well as you can message us on our Whatsapp number to check the status of your order.

RETURNS

Kindly note that the return must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item should be in its original and unused condition with its tags and no visible damage.
We do not offer free returns, it is recommended to choose a tracked courier service and you need to inform us prior to this.
